Happy camper

In anticipation of our trip east in July and a deep-seated desire to travel light, we broke down and purchased Anna her first tent. It's called the Peapod and she LOVES it. All gurgles and smiles, especially when she's outdoors. The perfect summer accessory for an afternoon poolside (Kits pool, here I come!). And it folds down to the size of a pizza. It even comes with its own air mattress and quilted sleeping pad. And to justify the puchase even further, Mike figures it will ensure that she will embrace sleeping in a real tent (an event soon to come). It passed with flying colours this past weekend on Bowen Island.

So when you pop Anna on a plane at age 2 to visit Uncle Me in NY, please send along the tent. I'll set it up and leave her sleeping in Central Park while I go hit up various local happy hours.
Just kidding.
I would never be that irresponsible.
